OVER 27 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
ESTATE PLANNING
Create a will, trust, estate plan, or business succession plan to avoid probate and save money and taxes. Achieving your family’s objectives and leaving a lasting legacy. You require a capable partner who can accompany you at every turn.
PROBATE
The probate process can be complex and overwhelming. If you’ve recently lost a loved one, we can assist you in identifying estate heirs, distributing assets, and settling debts.
GUARDIANSHIP
Our adult loved ones may reach a stage where they are unable to make necessary decisions for their safety and well-being. In such cases, a caregiver can step in and be appointed as a guardian, conservator, or both for the individual.
BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Across a wide range of industries we prosecute and defend complex business litigation cases. Even as we vigorously defend the rights and interests of our clients, we take care to choose economically sensible options and tactics.
MEDIATION
Mediation is designed to allow you and your spouse/partner to cooperatively find solutions to your family law issues. A neutral third-party, called a Mediator, guides you through the process to facilitate discussions and work toward mutual agreements.
PRE/POST NUPTIAL AGREEMENTS
The rights and obligations of two people during their marriage are covered by prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. The agreements can assist with property division and spousal maintenance matters in the event that the couple files for divorce.
